Participants are able to indicate participation in the Adaptive Program when responding ‘yes’ to the corresponding question on the registration form.

WHEELCHAIR DIVISION

Wheelchair athletes may compete in the Bank of America Shamrock Shuffle utilizing a push-rim racing or other manual wheelchair. Foot-powered cycles or motorized devices of any kind are prohibited. The wheelchair field will begin 10 minutes ahead of the elite open wave.

AMBULATORY ADAPTIVE PROGRAM ATHLETES

Athletes with impairments who are ambulatory, including those with a visual impairment, hearing impairment, physical impairment or intellectual impairment, will be offered accommodations, including Guide Runners or Support Runners as needed, at Packet Pick-up and for race day.
