Health & Fitness Expo
Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day and the spring running season at the Bank of America Shamrock Shuffle 8K Health & Fitness Expo. The Health & Fitness Expo features more than 80 exhibiting companies, offering runners and walkers the latest in footwear, apparel, nutrition and technology. The Expo is free and open to public.

Participant packet and bag pick-up
Your participant packet and bag includes:
- Timing device*
- Event bib number
- Nike participant running shirt
* Note timing devices are only applicable to the 8K run event. The 2 mile walk is an untimed event.
Packet pick-up will take place at the Bank of America Shamrock Shuffle 8K Health & Fitness Expo at McCormick Place.
Shufflers will receive a packet pick-up email the last week of March.
If you cannot attend the Health & Fitness Expo, a friend, family member or co-worker can pick up your packet for you by presenting a copy of your packet pick-up ticket.*
*No ticket? Packet pick-up tickets can be printed at the Participant Services Desk at the Health & Fitness Expo.
NEW IN 2017! Bib number mailing
Participants who opted to have their bib number mailed during the registration process will receive an envelope via UPS during the second week of March. The envelope will include your 2017 bib number, safety pins and a clear plastic bag (to be used at gear check on race day). Race day shirt and knit hat pick-up will available at the Mailed Bib Services Tent (intersection of Jackson Drive and Lake Shore Drive) from 6:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.*
If you do not receive your event bib number by Monday, March 20, please contact the Bank of America Shamrock Shuffle 8K office at 312.904.9814, Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Time or email email@example.com.
* Race day shirt and knit hat pick-up will be available only to those who opted and paid to have their bib numbers mailed. The event will not accommodate those who did not opt into this opportunity during the registration process.
McCormick Place parking
Parking will be available to all Bank of America Shamrock Shuffle 8K Health & Fitness Expo attendees at McCormick Place Parking Lot A for a reduced rate of $10. Attendees will not need a validation voucher to secure the reduced rate. The rate will be available to all attendees who park in Parking Lot A. Click the links below for more information.
CTA Transit tips
The Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) is the most economical and convenient way to travel throughout race weekend. The CTA offers a variety of ways to get to and from the Bank of America Shamrock Shuffle 8K Health & Fitness Expo at McCormick Place; the Bank of America Shamrock Shuffle 8K start and finish areas in Grant Park; and spectator viewing areas along the course.

CTA Transit Directions to the Health & Fitness Expo at McCormick Place
From Downtown Chicago
From Michigan Avenue, take a southbound #3 King Drive bus on Michigan to King Drive/23rd (located across the street from McCormick Place). Buses run every 7 to 20 minutes.
Or take the Green Line (either Cottage Grove or Ashland/63rd) from a Loop Elevated station to the accessible Cermak-McCormick Place station and walk three blocks east to McCormick Place.
From Ogilvie Transportation Center
Take the Green Line (either Cottage Grove or Ashland/63rd) from the accessible Clinton station (located two blocks north of Ogilvie); exit at Cermak-McCormick Place station and walk three blocks east to McCormick Place.
From Union Station
Take either a #1 Bronzeville/Union Station*, #7 Harrison*, or #126 Jackson bus to Michigan Avenue. Then, transfer to a southbound #3 King Drive bus to King Drive/23rd (located across the street from McCormick Place). Buses run every 7 to 20 minutes.

Health & Fitness Expo shuttle
A free Bank of America Shamrock Shuffle 8K Health & Fitness Expo shuttle will run from downtown Metra stations (225 S. Canal Street) to McCormick Place during the following hours: Friday, March 31, 10 a.m. – 7 p.m., and Saturday, April 1, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Divvy to the Health & Fitness Expo
