Nike+ Head coach, Chris Bennett, has developed an adaptable training program for runners to help maximize efforts on race day through three types of workout activities each week; speed, endurance and recovery. All three are important to get the fittest, strongest and fastest version of you to the finish line on March 25. This plan is built to adapt to your experience level, but it’s also uniquely flexible to your needs.
The training program provides a calendar with suggestions for weekly mileage, cross training and rest days, and is designed for runners of varying abilities. Follow the link below to download the 2018 program and start training.
