The deadline to complete the Registration Information Form (5 p.m. CST, Friday, March 1, 2019) has now passed.

Each 3-5-person team (minimum of 3 for women’s teams and a minimum of 4 for men’s teams) is required to pay a $100 team registration fee. Once all team members have registered for the event, teams must be created and managed online by the team captain.  Teams must be finalized by 5 p.m. CST, Friday, March 15.  No edits to the team will be accepted after this date.

Additional Deloitte Elite Club 8K Competition amenities

On race day, all Deloitte Elite Club Competition runners will be assigned to the Elite Start Corral and will have access to a secure tented area near the start/finish areas with secure gear check, restroom facilities, water and Gatorade.

The men’s and women’s first place teams from the previous year will receive hotel accommodations.  Should one or more of the first-place teams not be participating, the offer of hotel accommodations shall be extended to the next highest placing team in the category (men’s or women’s).
