Participant bag & virtual bag opportunity
The Participant Bag and Virtual Bag are your opportunity to get your product or information directly into the hands of each runner both physically and digitally. As we continue to make our race a more sustainable event, we are moving towards a plan to remove traditional paper inserts from our event participant bags. The Virtual Bag allows your coupon, flier or advertisement to reach our participants and volunteers without the cost of printing and the uncertainty of impressions. Post-race metrics for the Virtual Bag will allow you to see how many people viewed, printed and shared your advertisement.
The Virtual Bag will be available to runners and volunteers from approximately two weeks before and up three weeks following the race. Information about the Virtual Bag will be emailed to participants and volunteers once the bag is available as well as after the race. This gives your business the opportunity to be seen by more than 35,000 people!
By placing an item in our Virtual Bag, you will drive traffic to your business while greatly increasing your visibility among our participants, volunteers and their families.

The 2019 Packet pick-up will again be at McCormick Place in the West Building, Skyline Ballroom. Space will be limited. Sponsors, along with companies that will have an interactive display and/or offer something to the attendee. Community and industry partners are also welcome.

Certificate of Insurance Requirements

Exhibitors that need to purchase race weekend coverage to meet our requirements can do so through our insurance broker, Associated Agencies.
Special Event Tax Collection Report and Payment Coupon
